BIAFRA: Nigeria is on the verge of losing the court case of the Biafran leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been undergoing injustice in the hands of the Nigerian judiciary cabinets, under the influence of the most clueless and ignorant President in the human history of the contraption called Nigeria, as the community of the West African States (ECOWAS) pledged anonymity and fairness to the rule of law and justice. This has been the reason for their sleepless night, wherefore the federal government of the zoo called Nigeria decided to carry out operation "Raid the Judges" of Nigeria, especially those that were fair and plain to the case of the opposition party of the ruling party. This has caused further confession, and realistic facts are proving how desperate and unease Nigeria has become to the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The Economic community has been known for fairness and justice. Biafrans have therefore mounted their gaze on them, should in case they should make any bad step towards the case. But in our adversary, we have not heard or known the Community court as a false one, just unlike the Nigerian courts. The Nigerian court has been in a coma and has been suffering from injustice epileptic disease, since the president under his power, can preside and arrest judges who don't succumb to his orders. Stating it categorically clear, in the Nigerian courts, there is no fair judgment, this is the reason, the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu made a further move because he is anxious to get justice hence the Nigerian courts is not ready to provide him with any. Take, for instance, the media chat of the president, where he made it known that he can never release Nnamdi Kanu, irrespective of the court orders.
President Muhammadu Buhari happens to be the only president, who disobeys court orders, and at the same time, goes back to the same court to seek redress. As a matter of fact, he is always ready to display his incompetence and tyranny which is indicted into his veins. This time, he will fail, because the community court, does not tolerate mediocrity like him. The Nigerian court has no evidence, neither do they have witnesses against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, or will I say they shall be coming with masquerades as alleged and accepted by one crumb seeker that claims to be a judge? Of course not, and this is the more reason they developed fear and tension whenever Nnamdi Kanu's case is mentioned. This has been the reason they failed to appear before the court on the 6th of October 2016. It was certain that the DSS raided the house of the justice who granted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail, Justice Ademola to steal away his case file. We also know that the sudden harassment of judges in the country was because of the tension and fear that has stripped them off their right senses. With the recent clamp down on judges which is now the most recent development in the contraption, one will believe that the Nigerian government is bound to take any possible move, to prevent proper justice for Nnamdi Kanu.
If I were the judges, I would prefer to go to jail than to face such disgraceful hearing, where there have no evidence against the accused person. What will be the bone of contention if they could not provide evidence for more than a year they have been holding him? Nnamdi Kanu is the first political prisoner and a prisoner of conscience in the Muhammadu Buhari regime. As far as Nigeria has a signatory on the human rights law of the United Nations, self-determination is legalised, and with a high profile, must be accepted in Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu only sought for the freedom of his people, and he was arrested, incarcerated and subjugated to all manner of ill human degrading treatments. Amid the orders from the courts, he was denied freedom. Now, in a justifiable way, and truth, who should be jailed? The Nigerian government knew that they wouldn't get away this time, unlike the way they are favoured in their courts. The community court is here to show them the difference, and we urge meaningful Nigerians to pay attention and learn from humans, not from monkeys and baboons in the contraption called Nigeria.
